NOTICE OF MEETING
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Public Water Supply District of Scott County, Missouri, Number 4,
will be held at Waters Engineering Inc., 908 South Kingshighway in Sikeston, Missouri on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., to
consider and act upon the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be
appropriate for discussion at that time.
1.January 12, 2012 Minutes:
To review, discuss and approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
January 12, 2012.
2. Financial Report:
To review, discuss, and approve the Financial Report
as of January 31, 2012.
3. Approval of Bills:
To review, discuss and approve any bills that should be paid or ratified.
4. Engineers Report:
A. Phase 2 progress/USDA Funding.
5. Manager’s Report:
A. Customer billing and Usage Data:
B. Contract changes.
C. To discuss such other business as may lawfully come before the Board of Directors.
6. Executive Session:
To discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation and
confidential or privileged information between the district and its attorney.
