Initial Connection Fee:        

  • $150 for Charter Members of Each Phase,
  • Users signing up after the project begins, the actual
    cost of the connection will be required.

Payment Late Charge:        

  • 5% of the payment, assessed after the 16th day of the
    month.
  • Return Check Charge:         $25.00

Water Service Reconnection Charge:
      •During Office Hours        $25.00
     •After Office Hours           $35.00
